Single-shell dryer TTD are particularly robust and are suitable both for finely grained materials as well as for particularly coarse bulk materials or sludges.
SINGLE SHELL DRYER TTD

The Rotary Dryer is a type of industrial dryer employed to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. Industrial dryer manufacturer like MOZER manufactures such dryer which is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, usually supported by barrel ring arrangement. In direct heat Rotary Dryers a continuous feed of wet particulate material is dried by contact with heated air, while being transported along the interior of a rotating cylinder, with the rotating shell acting as the conveying device and stirrer.
We offer Single Shell Rotary Dryers in co-current and counter current operation. In the former the wet material is exposed to the hottest air which enables heat sensitive or sticky materials to be dried successfully. In counter current arrangement dried material exposed to hottest air helping to achieve high dry material temperature. The hot gases may enter rotary dryer at the temperature of up to 800 C or even higher. The gas stream can be made up of a mixture of air and combustion gases from a burner. Alternatively, the gas stream may consist of hot air while is heated indirectly through heat exchanger. Often, dryers heated via a heat exchange are used when product contamination is a concern.
