Industrial dryers in India manufactured by MOZER are available to clients in 3 configurations i.e. single shell, double shell & triple shell. Triple shell dryers can also be named as three pass system as there are three concentric shells.
TRIPLE SHELL DRYER TT-TR
The material is guided in a controlled manner with special blade design from the inner or the first shell, wherein the wet material is fed, to the second shell before passing it to the third shell which discharges the dry material at the other end of the dryer. The mechanical support & structure along with the drive arrangement is similar to a single or double shell dryer. Triple shell dryer are preferred for drying fine and medium grained, non-sticky and temperature sensitive materials, where combustion chamber is required in any case, to safe installation length or if it is required caused of constructional specifications.
